About the National Account Executive Role
This entry-level position as a National Account Executive is based in our Clayton office, joining the team that develops and implements strategies to deliver sustained growth for both Selleys and Bunnings, our largest customer.
The successful candidate will be coached and developed in great account & category management skills by the Channel Business Manager and National Account Manager, forming part of an engaged, committed and accountable team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Bunnings.
* Using data and critical evaluation to provide insights and sales tools to enhance the delivery of the sales plans.
* Maintaining regular contact and productive business relationships with various Bunnings team members to enhance the execution of the Selleys plans.
* Building a clear understanding of the Bunnings opportunity, communicating this well throughout the relevant functions and turning it into Bunnings growth plans.
Requirements:
* Ability to plan, prioritise and follow through with action.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and a natural comfort with data and performance measures.
