About the Role
As our Reservations Manager, you'll be at the heart of hotel operation, managing a centralized team and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all reservations. Key Responsibilities include leading and managing daily operations of the Reservations Department, maximizing room occupancy and average daily rate in collaboration with the Revenue team, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all individual and group reservations using systems including PM Pro and Concerto.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a reservations leadership role within a hotel or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of reservation systems (PM Pro, Concerto preferred) and a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
* A guest-first attitude and an ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
