About the Job:
* Develop and implement effective occupational health and safety strategies.
* Conduct regular audits, compile reports, and provide site leadership with essential findings.
* Support contractors in establishing and implementing project-specific safety management systems.
* Communicate non-conformities promptly and efficiently to senior site leaders.
* Complete daily pre-starts, inductions, toolboxes talks, SWMS reviews, and site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
About You:
* Possess certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.
* Hold 12 months+ of experience in construction HSE, with a trade background being highly desirable.
* Demonstrate proven participation in audits with strong attention to detail.
* Show excellent communication skills for engaging various stakeholders at all levels.
* Display advanced computer literacy in MS Office suite and safety management systems.
Essential Requirements:
