**About the role**
This role will lead a team of 5 direct reports and will have full responsibility for all Talent Acquisition and Pre-Boarding processes. Specifically, duties will include:
- Working collaboratively with other People & Culture teams to improve recruitment and pre-boarding outcomes that aligned with the market, hiring manager expectations and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Developing relationships with external groups, including RTO's, universities and high schools, attend networking events and career fairs.
- Undertake workforce planning and recruitment planning with directors and managers to assess current and forecasted recruitment needs.
- Monitoring and enhancing recruitment and pre-boarding metrics.
- Collaborating with the broader Employee Experience team to improve employee experience and employer brand; and to advise hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices.
There are also numerous projects underway, such as a new human capital system and a Talent Acquisition Programme to lift capability across the organisation. It is an exciting time to join.
To succeed with this human-centred organisation, your ability to build deep, meaningful relationships will be pivotal to your success. Additionally, you should possess demonstrable experience with high volume recruitment and strong organisational skills.
