Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure Services, you will be part of the Executive Team's succession planning strategy.
Your core responsibilities include:
Lead three core services across multiple towns: Town Services (mowing, water, parks, maintenance), Waste Operations (collection and transfer station teams), and Roads Team (grading and regional road maintenance delivered by remote workers).
People management – inspire teams, navigate skills shortages, and empower direct reports (Coordinator Roads, Coordinator Waste, Senior Coordinator Town Maintenance).

Are You the Right Fit?
Experienced Operations Manager with a background in Waste or Civil Operations.
Strong leadership experience and people management skills.
Experience in Local Government leadership roles is highly regarded.
