Job Description
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing
* Administer payroll tax, superannuation, child support payments, and wage on-charge invoices.
* Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger payroll journals.
* Interpret Awards and Agreements and provide payroll advice to staff and management.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and deadlines.
* Drive process improvement and change management initiatives
* Maintain employee records, contracts, and position descriptions.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate performance reviews, pay increases, and bonus letters.
* Other ad hoc tasks
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll
* Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
