Get Unlocked provides meaningful, interest-driven support for people with disability.
Our Achievement Unlocked program makes capacity building structured, motivating and game-like with clear goals, milestones and shared progress.
The Role: Navigator / Mentor / SW
Achievement Unlocked Navigators provide 1-1 interest-based support to our clients.
You'll work directly with them to:
* Engage through shared interests
* Explore skills and experiences together
* Navigate "Seasons" and collect achievements
* Complete progress notes, reporting and documentation
* Collaborate with a supportive team
This is not passive support or minding, it's active, hands-on engagement.
Client, Participants & Disability Profiles
We support those with and without disability, including:
* Neurodivergent presentations
* Psychosocial disability
* Intellectual disability (mild–moderate)
* Neurological disability
* Sensory disability
* Physical disability
* Functional independence goals
Experience & Background
Disability sector experience is highly valued, but not essential.
We also recognise lived experience, mentoring, coaching, creative, professional and hobby-based skills.
This role suits people from:
* Disability support / youth work
* gaming / esports / IT / tech
* creative industries & media
* automotive / trades / maker spaces
* mentoring / tutoring / coaching
* students in relevant fields
Or anyone with genuine hobbies, curiosity and the ability to connect.

* Availability across Monday–Saturday (flexible)
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid / CPR
* Working with Children Check
* Driver's licence preferred
