We are partnering with an established Adelaide-based advisory firm and are seeking an experienced Manager to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to step into a position with genuine influence and a clear pathway to a career progression.
Working closely with the Directors, you will manage a diverse client portfolio while playing a key role in the leadership and development of the broader team.
The Opportunity
As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services while supporting the strategic growth of the firm and strengthening long‐term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients across a variety of industries and entity structures
* Providing strategic accounting, taxation, and commercial advisory services
* Managing and strengthening long‐term client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
* Working closely with Directors on complex advisory matters and strategic initiatives
* Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching, mentorship and leadership
* Managing workflow priorities, team capacity, and client deadlines
About You
* Valid Full Australian Work rights required
* CA or CPA qualified (Or in the process to be completed)
* Minimum 6+ years' experience within a professional services/accounting firm environment
* Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise
* Experience managing a client portfolio and leading client relationships
* Proven leadership and team management capability
* Ability to mentor, develop, and support junior staff
* Strong commercial acumen and advisory mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
