Opportunity
We are seeking a Resort General Manager to lead operations at our Club Wyndham Mission Beach property in North Queensland. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the performance and day‐to‐day operations of the resort, lead across all departments, drive financial and operational outcomes, and create a strong, service‐led culture that reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all day‐to‐day resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
* Drive guest satisfaction and consistently deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences.
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
* Build, lead, and develop a high‐performing team.
* Partner with corporate teams to implement business initiatives and improvements.
* Maintain strong relationships with Body Corporate, owners, and local stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall resort performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel or resort management.
* Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments.
* Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
* A confident, people‐first leadership style with the ability to build engaged teams.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A hands‐on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.
