About The Opportunity

Your role will be central to building relationships across the industry, providing technical expertise, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, builders, architects, and homeowners across the region
Provide expert advice on Bradnam's made-to-order products, understanding customer requirements for building, design, and energy efficiency
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a competitive market
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, from project planning to installation
Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and customers' needs to offer the best solutions
Provide support to ensure customers achieve project success, while enhancing their experience with Bradnam's products

Sales experience with a strong focus on relationship building and customer service
Understanding of or interest in the construction and building industries, including made-to-order products like windows and doors
