We are seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Support & Systems Technician to join our Technology and Innovation and Virtual Health team in Brisbane. This role plays a critical part in ensuring staff across the organisation receive timely, high-quality IT support, while also maintaining hardware assets and assisting with system administration. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, providing both onsite and remote support to internal users. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system-related issues across the business Deliver responsive and professional customer service to internal users, both onsite and remotely Log, track, and resolve service tickets, maintaining clear and accurate documentation Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices including laptops and mobile phones Maintain accurate records of IT assets and manage hardware storage and lifecycle Perform basic system admin tasks including user setup, password resets, and access permissions Assist with internal system rollouts and software deployments as directed Ensure IT policies, compliance requirements, and security protocols are upheld About You Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk Technician role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking Confident supporting hardware and peripherals (laptops, mobile phones, printers, docking stations) Familiar with helpdesk ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk) and asset tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Experience with Active Directory, MDM, or collaboration tools like Teams/Zoom (desirable) Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft) are a bonus What We Offer Full-time position with hybrid working (4 days in Brisbane office, 1 day remote) Work on high-impact programs that support innovative and remote healthcare delivery Opportunity to grow your IT skills across a range of platforms and services Health insurance and gym membership discounts Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A diverse and inclusive work environment that values collaboration and learning Occasional after-hours availability may be required for urgent support or maintenance Apply now!
