We're looking for a seasoned professional to take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs that drive engagement across our network of clubs and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize loyalty programs tailored for clubs and hotels.
2. Design and deliver promotions that drive participation and revenue.
3. Partner closely with venue managers and clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Lead and deliver training programs to onboard new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of systems and promotions.
5. Regularly travel nationally to build relationships, provide support, and deliver training on-site.
6. Monitor performance and provide insights to continually enhance promotions and loyalty initiatives.
About You:
* Proven experience in loyalty program management, ideally within clubs, hotels, or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of gaming and venue promotions with a track record of successful implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
* Confident trainer and facilitator with experience delivering client onboarding programs.
* Flexibility to travel regularly across Australia.
* Results-driven, highly organized, and customer-focused.
