About The Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to offer two excellent opportunities to join our growing team:
* Full-Time Control Room Operator – based in the Northern Suburbs
* Casual Control Room Operator – based at Tullamarine
We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and PassagePoint.
Duties And Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:
* Monitor, operate and review CCTV system.
* Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining and writing accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities and visitor logs.
* Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.
* Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personal and manage the deployment of security personnel.
* Access control to personnel, employees and visitors.
* Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises.
Key Selection Criteria
We're Looking For Candidates Who
* Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
* Hepatis B & Influenza Certificate (Current & Proof needed)
* Have strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
* Knowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passage point.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
* Valid Driver's license with transport.
* Can work collaboratively in a team or independently
