Solas Orthodontics is a boutique orthodontic practice known for a warm atmosphere, beautiful results, and genuine relationships with our patients. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and full of ideas to help grow our brand and community presence.
About the roleThis is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across social media, campaigns, in-practice experiences, and community initiatives. You will work closely with our team and have the opportunity to contribute ideas and bring them to life!
This is a part-time position requiring 2-3 full days per week (flexible hours available).
Responsibilities
* Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
* Coordinating content shoots with patients and team members
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
* Managing website updates and digital content
* Supporting patient communications, newsletters, and email campaigns
* Building relationships with local businesses and community partners
* Monitoring marketing performance and suggesting improvements
* Helping to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all touchpoints
About you
* Must have permanent residency status in Australia
* Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or social media
* Confident with content creation tools (Canva, Instagram, basic video editing apps, etc.)
* Proficiency in basic desktop video editing software required
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
* Friendly, positive, and proactive with a team-first attitude
* Comfortable interacting with patients and being part of a people-focused environment
* A natural storyteller who loves creativity and ideas
