Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting within the Microsoft Azure environment.
* Monitoring and responding to alerts using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates.
* Ensuring compliance through Azure policy enforcement, tagging standards, RBAC reviews and governance rule updates.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure operational support, troubleshooting and service request resolution.
* Proficiency with Azure-native monitoring and security tools.
* Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across ICT, Finance, Security, and Application Delivery teams.
* Experience documenting operational procedures, automation scripts, and architectural patterns.
