Role: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Position: Permanent Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Pays: $40.64 - $56.23 + Superannuation depending on your qualification and experience

Your Role as an ECT
Design and deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues within a safe, nurturing environment.
Create and maintain a vibrant, aesthetically inspiring learning space.
Accurately document children's learning through observations, evaluations, and ongoing reflection.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Represent our service and uphold our values within the broader community.
Opportunity to act as the Responsible Person in the absence of the Centre Director.
What You'll Need
ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Early Childhood Education.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD).
Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
