Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a talented and passionate Senior Brand Manager for a 12 month contract or secondment opportunity concluding July 2026 to lead key confectionary brands and make a real difference to our confectionary agenda.
Reporting to the Portfolio Director, this role will be accountable for leading the development and deployment of brand and segment growth initiatives in line with the strategic priorities of the business. You will be working across our iconic brands of Snickers, Twix and Bounty.
You can expect a fast-paced, challenging and diverse assignment, giving you the opportunity to own your projects, while developing a well-rounded profile as a marketer building your strategic agility, marketing skills as well as commercial awareness.
What are we looking for?
* University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
* S ignificant experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies
* Experience in Senior Brand Manager or significant experience in a Brand Manager role
* Good analytical, presentation, stakeholder, and communication skills
* A highly strategic, insights led marketer who has a creative passion for understanding the consumer and growing brands
* Ability to manage several different and complex high profile projects at the same time
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Strategic Brand and Growth Planning : Lead the creation of data-driven marketing and 3-year growth plans, incorporating consumer, shopper, category, and customer insights.
* Innovation and Product Development : Drive a robust 3– 5 year innovation pipeline aligned with brand strategy and market trends.
* Cross-Functional and Customer Collaboration : Partner with Customer Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver key brand initiatives and customer plans.
* Comms and Media Planning: Strategic comms briefing for Snickers. Manage execution of comms and media plan .
* Performance Analysis and Risk Management : Leverage market data and the S&OP+ process to monitor brand health, manage risks, and guide decision-making.
* Team Leadership and Development : Foster a high-performing culture, mentor team members, and actively manage personal development and performance.
