Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils in EYFS and KS1?
We are seeking experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) within friendly and inclusive
Primary Schools in Tamworth

These roles offer flexibility, strong staff support, and the chance to contribute to children's progress at a crucial stage in their education.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across EYFS and KS1, both in the classroom and in small group activities
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, learning activities, and classroom management
Help children with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and curriculum-based tasks
Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Provide pastoral support to help children develop confidence and independence
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
(or equivalent)
Have experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils
Are patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young learners
Have strong communication skills and can work well as part of a team
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
