Key responsibilities include:

* Cleaning guest accommodation as required and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing cleanliness-related inquiries efficiently.
* Following health and safety regulations strictly and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure consistent cleanliness and service.
Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper who possesses:
* Prior experience in a housekeeping role or commercial cleaning capacity.
* An attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
* The ability to work efficiently and independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
