Then join our team as aArea Sales Manager (m/f/d) Business Unit Egg & PoultryKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for all sales-related activities of the Egg & Poultry Business Unit in Australia, including the development and execution of growth strategies to drive long-term, profitable market expansionOngoing analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify current business opportunities and adapt the sales approach accordinglyManagement of the annual sales budget, covering volume, margin, and market share targets, along with regular reporting to support strategic decision-makingCollaboration with the Director Sales – BU Egg Asia to define market-specific sales strategies and pricing policies tailored to local conditionsMaintenance and optimization of the CRM system, strengthening of key customer relationships, and handling of complaints to ensure customer satisfactionDevelopment and management of a high-performing agent and partner network to increase market presence and reachProvision of technical and commercial advice on products, farm design, and layout solutions aligned with customer needs and competitive cost structuresParticipation in trade shows and contribution to marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business developmentRequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Animal production or any other equivalent qualificationSeveral years of experience in investment goods with relevant experience as a Sales Manager with P&L; responsibilities.
Preferably with background in cage-free system.Excellent networking and interpersonal skillsProactive and able to work independentlyStrong written and verbal English communication skillsWhat is your chance?
