Job Summary / Overview
This role plays a foundational part in designing and guiding digital technology solutions that align with organisational strategy. Working across a number of environments, the role ensures solutions are innovative, practical and people centred. It supports enterprise architecture practices while fostering strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Propose enterprise ready architecture solutions based on business, people and technology needs
* Create architectural designs to guide solution development and deployment
* Maintain and update reference architectures within the architecture repository
* Support decision products enabled by the architecture repository
* Operate within established architecture practice and ways of working
* Act as a bridge between technical and business audiences
* Ensure alignment between delivery teams and business stakeholders
* Consult and engage with key stakeholders to build effective partnerships
* Align with organisational values and digital strategy
Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience in business and solution architecture
* Ability to work across cloud, SaaS and on-prem patterns
* Experience working across multiple architecture domains
* Experience embedding sustainability and cost considerations in architecture
* Knowledge of architecture repository tools
* Experience developing architecture artefacts
* Experience with Agile delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience
* Understanding of technology trends
* Experience with architecture, project and change management methods
* Minimum undergraduate degree in STEM or Business
