About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team and support the service, repair, and maintenance of our equipment across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical, mechanical, and software issues
* Replacing or repairing components such as valves, sensors, and control boards
* Installing new beverage dispensing machines at client locations
* Upgrading existing machines with new features or components
* Configuring and calibrating machines to meet client requirements
* Providing remote troubleshooting support as required
* Managing spare parts and tool inventory, and ordering replacements when needed
* Delivering professional, efficient customer service with minimal downtime
* Training and guiding customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Being available for occasional emergency service calls, including weekends/holidays
About you
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, enjoys travel, and loves learning and developing new skills.
You will bring:
* Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia
* Technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, or similar technical role
* A current and valid driver's licence
* Strong fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair experience
* Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, C++) - nice to have, not essential
* Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
* Solid understanding of safety procedures and compliance
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently, managing multiple service appointments and logistics effectively
