We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to join our Property Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering the centre's business plan objectives and budgets, ensuring timely collection of rentals and other tenant recoverable payments, and contributing to income maximisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience, strong financial capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act. They must also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
In this role, you will work closely with the Admin Manager and Centre Manager to aggressively reduce arrears, prepare and implement Income and Expenditure Budgets, and manage relationships with clients, tenants, and community groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven retail management experience
* Strong financial capabilities and budgeting skills
* In-depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
* Agents Rep / Real Estate License required
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to retail property management
* Experience in preparing business cases and reports
* Understanding of OH&S requirements in a retail environment
