We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of customers.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will assist with queries ranging from general Life Insurance policy information to processing requests and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and great initiative and ability to prioritise tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Assist with queries ranging from general Life Insurance policy information to processing requests and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Great initiative and ability to prioritise tasks.
