We are seeking to employ a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our small, boutique Head Office team and to take the next step in growing our B2B business. This position is fully remote and will require you to have the ability to work reliably from a home office (laptop supplied) with occasional in-person meetings in the Adelaide metro area.
The Position
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Jaymak’s marketing function and play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, generating corporate leads, and supporting national sales growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and drive measured outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand.
You will manage a part-time marketing assistant and work closely with the GM, CEO and franchise owners to elevate brand presence, expand our corporate client portfolio and take full ownership of marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute integrated national marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and revenue growth
· Manage Jaymak’s digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO, content and social media.
· Manage brand assets, brand identity, and brand consistency.
· Manage Jaymak Marketing Fund in consultation with General Manager.
Growth & Business Development
· Support management of existing key corporate accounts and relationships
· Proactively identify and develop new corporate opportunities, generating qualified leads to support national account acquisition
· Support the business development process from prospect identification, through to proposal development
· Collaborate with the GM to convert prospects into corporate clients
· Contribute to strategies that expand Jaymak’s national corporate presence
Franchise Support
· Collaborate with Jaymak franchise owners to understand their business and assist them to implement and develop their local Marketing Plan
· Provide guidance and tools to motivate and support franchise-led growth
· Identify opportunities to strengthen marketing capability across the network.
This role will suit someone with:
· Experience in a marketing management role (B2B experience preferred)
· Experience in franchise marketing (desired)
· Degree in Marketing, Commerce or similar
· Experience managing marketing budgets
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Approachable phone manner
· Confident generating and nurturing key accounts
· A willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Strong work ethic and integrity
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A fully paid training period of 2 weeks will be provided. Extensive interstate travel is anticipated within the first 3 months of the role with occasional interstate travel required ongoing.
Starting Salary $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
