We're looking for someone who can replace a full marketing agency with a smarter, faster, outsourced, AI-powered system.
If you're a strategist who knows how to coordinate editors, designers, VAs, automation tools, content shoots, campaigns, and digital assets — without doing all the grunt work yourself — then you're exactly who we want.

What You'll Do
Build and manage an outsourced marketing machine.
Coordinate content shoots across construction sites, estates, office, and builds.
Capture mobile content and brief editors (no editing required).
Work directly with sales consultants to turn real objections into weekly ads & content.
Manage freelancers for editing, graphics, SEO, copy, and page builds.
Update WordPress pages and coordinate major builds externally.
Work closely with the MD & COO to drive growth.
What You Won't Do
Edit videos all day.
Worry about email signatures, business cards and marketing materials like brochures to hand out
Sit in a corner waiting for instructions.
Work like a junior marketer.
