Project Coordination Role
The central point of contact for project inquiries, this role involves maintaining project management software and Trello boards to track project and proposal status.
* Maintaining and updating project management software and Trello boards to ensure accurate tracking of project and proposal status.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and directing work to the appropriate team member.
* Coordinating with senior staff and team members to gather details on tasks, deadlines, and billing requirements.
* Scheduling and coordinating field work and site visits for the ecology and spatial teams.
* Ensuring seamless project progression by following up on information, tasks, and actions.
* Supporting invoicing processes by providing timely project updates and tracking progress.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements, workflow enhancements, and team organization strategies.
