About the Role
This hands‐on role focuses on delivering high‐quality, person‐focused support by managing services for a dedicated group of clients. You'll oversee service coordination end to end, including funding oversight, care planning and ongoing client experience evaluation. With a strong commitment to exceptional service, you'll provide leadership to a team of Support Workers delivering care in clients homes, ensuring they feel supported and connected through development and guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Delivering and maintaining high‐quality, individualised personal care and support services for clients
* Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service outcomes
* Lead, support and manage a team of Personal Support Workers to ensure excellent service delivery
* Coordinate and manage rostering of support workers to client shifts
* Monitor client funding packages against agreed budgetsCollaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, appropriate services
* Undertake regular local travel by car, with occasional regional and remote travel
About You
* Demonstrated customer service, and/or people management experience, with skills transferable to a client‐focused environment
* Experience in community services, or the disability sector is highly regarded
* Ability to work within a quality management and compliance framework
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering excellent client outcomes
* Proven experience leading, supervising, mentoring and developing staff
* Advanced communication skills, with the ability to juggle priorities while prioritising client outcomes
* Excellent skills at building effective stakeholder relationships, acting as a positive representative for the organisation and your clients
* Willingness to complete the free online NDIS Worker Orientation Module
