About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role connecting our valued customers with our skilled workshop team. You'll provide expert support from the moment customers arrive, right through to vehicle handover.
A Day in the Life
* Welcome customers as they arrive in the service driveway or department
* Communicate with customers throughout the day regarding technician findings and additional recommended work
* Advise customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
* Create Repair Orders and prepare accurate job costings
* Review completed work with customers at the time of payment
* Use your computer skills to efficiently manage repair orders and administrative tasks

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and enjoy face‐to‐face customer interaction
* Desire to deliver exceptional customer service every day
