Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage treatments tailored to client needs (e.g., Remedial, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Sports, etc.)
- Conduct client assessments and provide professional advice on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each client feels welcomed and valued
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment room in line with health and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to uphold CN Massage Centre’s reputation for quality care
