Southside Volkswagen are seeking a professional, customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our busy service team. This full‐time, front‐of‐house role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in being the key connection between our guests and workshop team.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests and assist with service bookings and inquiries
* Prepare repair orders and clearly explain required work to customers
* Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
* Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the service process
* Recommend additional servicing or maintenance where appropriate
* Ensure all work is authorised, completed to standard, and handed over smoothly

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
