Financial Analyst 
A permanent opportunity has become available for a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join a values-led organisation based in South East Queensland. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and analyse financial reports, forecasts and budget submissions. 
- Monitor and interpret financial performance, providing insights to support effective planning and resource allocation. 
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reconciliations. 
- Provide input into long-term financial planning, including capital expenditure and asset management. 
- Support internal stakeholders with financial modelling, business cases, and cost-benefit analysis. 
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiency opportunities and enhance reporting accuracy. 
Ideal Background:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or related field. 
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst or Management Accountant position. 
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models. 
- High level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset. 
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. 
- Experience working in a regulated or public-sector environment is beneficial but not essential.
