We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our SA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations. These positions will be FIFO from Adelaide Airport.
THE POSITION
* Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
* Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes
* Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
* Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
* Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
* Report to Delta FM Operational Support
THE PERSON
* Hold an Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
* Full C Class Drivers Licence
* White Card
* Able to provide a Police Check (within 12 months)
* CS, WAH, HRWL – EWP highly desirable
* Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Living in South Australia and able to FIFO from Adelaide Airport.
