We are looking for a Trade Qualified Butcher to grow within a high-performing team with a goal of long-term employment.

To be successful in this position, you must have the following:
* Trade qualified butcher, preferably with gourmet experience
* A passion for your trade
* Team player with good communication skills
* Experienced in value adding & gourmet lines
* Well presented & customer service focused
* Reliable transport as 5AM starts are essential
Apprentice Butcher

The Standard Company – Meats; has won numerous awards for its quality cuts, presentation, and innovation in the butchery industry. We are searching for the next generation of Butcher Apprentices to mentor and develop at our Gasworks location.
