THE MONDAY GROUP has been exclusively retained by a leading national essential services provider to recruit a key leadership role supporting a major government contract across the Albury-Wodonga region. This is a newly created role overseeing hospitality, catering, cleaning, accommodation services, transport, and fitness centres. Ideal for a senior hospitality, facilities management, or service-industry leader who thrives in structured environments and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders and frontline teams. The Role Lead multi-site day-to-day operations across hospitality, catering, cleaning, transport, accommodation and fitness services Ensure contract compliance, safety standards, food safety, and service delivery performance Build productive relationships with senior public sector stakeholders Manage budgets, P&L, reporting, resourcing, and operational systems Lead a multidisciplinary leadership team and drive culture, training, and performance Access strong national support across safety, food, cleaning, and contract management Skills & Experience Background in hospitality management, hotels, facilities management, aged care or similar service-based environments Experience managing diverse teams and service lines Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including dealing with senior government clients Knowledge of safety systems, food safety or regulated operational environments Strong financial and commercial acumen Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Salary & Benefits $170,000 Total Fixed Remuneration Newly created role with significant influence Strong national technical support and onboarding Relocation assistance considered Long-term career development opportunities This role is on-site, Monday–Friday. Candidates must live in or relocate to the Albury-Wodonga region.
