We are looking for an electrical engineer ready to work with us to shape the future in the focussed area of downstream hydrocarbon distribution. Join a dynamic projects teaminvolved with delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Lead the design, development and specification of our electrical solutions
* In conjunction with others support the scopes process with site audits and proposal preparation
* Carry out lifecycle asset integrity activities, and inspections
* Support safety studies (HAZOPs,) and compliance with standards
* Manage procurement and vendor liaison to ensure we achieve the right outcome for the project
* Attend site visits as required once we provide technical solutions, and support commissioning
* Assist with the completion of customer reports including controlled documents and reports
* Coordinate servicing of instruments
* Other duties as directed
What we're looking for
* Ideally 5+ years experience electrical engineering in a relevant industry
* Previous experience in control system design, cable schedules, Autocad, Electrical panel design and assembly
* Excellent communications skills to support customer and supplier liaison
* Hazardous Area (classification and design ) experience would be desirable
* Computer skills – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite & MYOB
* Proven time management & organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
