**Your Role: Compliance Coordinator**
As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative and organizational support for the Explosive Safety Committee and its Executive Member, based in Mangalore, Victoria. This autonomous role involves making informed decisions, maintaining discretion, and ensuring confidentiality.
You'll be part of a dynamic safety team, requiring a motivated, confident, and adaptable individual who thrives under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving and independent solution-finding is key.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and document meetings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and administration.
- Keep communication and correspondence records up-to-date.
- Develop and manage ESC-specific registers.
- Consolidate ESC-specific data.
- Update and monitor the ESC Dashboard.
- Implement explosive safety initiatives and promotions for ESC and ESA.
**Your Skills**:
- Knowledge of explosives or the Defence industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and provide exceptional customer/client service.
- Forward-thinking with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities and proposing solutions.
