We have an exciting opportunity at our Dovida Cairns office for a Compliance Administrator who is personable and hard-working to join our dynamic team. The role will be diverse, involve all elements of administration, and will enable you to work autonomously while contributing to the success of the greater team.
This role will require 5hrs each day across 5 days.
About this role:
* Manage incoming enquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
* Assist with referrals, quotes and approvals and follow ups to Allied Health professionals & equipment providers.
* Manage our compliance portal and conduct annual reviews with suppliers
* Prepare and assist our Care Partners with documentation as required
* Assist with monitoring client expenditure and client monthly statements.
* Assist with any other administration tasks as require
