The Role
Ready to build brands people love?
We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the execution of brand activity across one or more brands in the MADE Group portfolio (e.g. Cocobella, Rokeby, Impressed, NutrientWater).
Based in Dandenong South, this role plays a key part in delivering brand plans through strong execution, coordination and attention to detail. The Assistant Brand Manager will support renovation and smaller-scale projects across the portfolio and work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Portfolio Marketing Manager on larger initiatives such as NPD launches, integrated campaigns and key customer activations.
This is a hands-on, high-learning role in a fast-paced business known for its agility, ambition and culture of ownership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain and external agency partners to help bring brand activity to life in market.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (Renovation Projects)
* Lead renovation projects and select NPD projects by coordinating timelines, assets and cross-functional inputs.
* Assist Senior Brand Managers and the Portfolio Marketing Manager with NPD launch execution, including preparation of launch assets, communications and in-market delivery.
* Manage post-launch reviews by compiling performance data, insights and learnings

Communications
* Assist in the delivery of communications campaigns alongside the Portfolio Marketing Manager, supporting planning, execution and in-market rollout.
* Lead social media planning and execution in collaboration with the Senior Social Media Manager, including content calendars, briefing and asset coordination.
Retailer & Trade Marketing
* Lead execution of customer activation in collaboration with Sales.
* Manage the creation of trade materials including trade presenters, POS, and retail-ready assets in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer.
* Lead the marketing component of retailer engagement to deliver successful NPD sell in and optimise ranging.
Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence
* Support the application of consumer and category insights to inform campaign execution and project delivery.
* Assist in analysing research, brand tracking and campaign performance data.
* Stay across relevant consumer behaviours, attitudes and category trends.
* Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider marketing team.
* Support agency partners and the Portfolio Marketing Manager with research coordination and reporting.
Budget Management & Reporting
* Manage brand budget
* Assist with basic P&L inputs and commercial analysis for projects and initiatives.
* Track campaign performance and KPIs
* Prepare post-campaign reporting, summarising results, insights and learnings.
Collaboration & Ways of Working
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute with excellence.
* Build relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
About You
* 2+ years' experience in FMCG or consumer brand marketing, with exposure to brand planning, campaign delivery and/or NPD support
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
* Strong organisation and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator who works effectively across teams
* Commercially curious, with an interest in budgets and P&Ls
* Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Consumer-focused and passionate about building brands that matter
