Designed by Bates Smart and Luchetti Krelle, Little National aims to set a new benchmark in hospitality for the Newcastle region. The hotel features luxurious common areas including a lounge and bar, a library for work and relaxation, and a state-of-the-art gym by Technogym.

About The Role
Our hotels emphasize the importance of the little details that make a big impact on guest experience. As part of Little National, we will be opening a vibrant café for the local community underneath our hotel, showcasing local quality produce and offering 5-star customer service.
We are hiring for a range of chef positions, both permanent and casual, to join our team.
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the chef's instructions and recipes.
* Ensure that ingredients are properly stored and handled to maintain freshness and safety.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and basic ordering.
* Deliver consistently high product quality and presentation.
