Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full - category procurement for wind power/energy storage projects in the Australia region, covering the process from demand to delivery. Ensure the implementation of procurement strategies, and improve efficiency and quality.
2. Establish and manage the hierarchical supplier network in Australia. Conduct regular evaluations, promote rectifications or replacements, and deepen strategic collaborations.
3. Carry out market research in Australia and related markets. Use data tools to predict price and supply - demand trends, and support procurement decision - making.
4. Focus on cost control. Participate in major contract negotiations, and optimize procurement costs through cost analysis to enhance benefits.
5. Review procurement contracts in Australia to ensure compliance and coverage of key terms. Track implementation and handle changes, defaults, etc.
6. Combine Australian regulations and company requirements to establish and optimize procurement process systems, and promote standardization.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in business, supply chain, etc. are preferred; Those with Australian procurement qualifications/certifications will get extra points.
2. More than 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years of procurement management experience in the Australia region, and familiar with the local industry; Experience in multinational companies/large - scale projects is preferred.
3. Proficient in Australian logistics and procurement regulations, possess negotiation skills for local suppliers, and can handle cultural and regulatory differences.
4. Strong cost awareness, proficient in using Australian cost accounting models and data analysis tools for accurate cost reduction.
