Pipeline Head of Department Job Opportunity
This role is responsible for providing strategic, technical, and people leadership across the end-to-end production pipeline.
The Pipeline HoD will shape the technical direction of the studio, partner closely with supervisors, production, and department leads to ensure that artists and teams have robust, efficient, scalable tools to deliver high-quality work.
* Lead the overall vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap of the studio's production pipeline.
* Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new tools, workflows, and AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and creative capability.
* Evaluate the pipeline to ensure it is scalable, stable, and aligned with both artistic needs and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive pipeline strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve productivity, and ensuring the pipeline meets the needs of artists and producers.
