Shift: Monday to Friday | Day shift, Afternoon shift and Night shift available
Pay Rate: $32 – $42 per hour + penalties and shift loading

About the Role
Adecco is currently recruiting experienced Loaders / Machine Operators for busy steel manufacturing sites across Salisbury and Archerfield. These roles offer stable hours, consistent work, and a strong safety-first culture—ideal for operators looking for reliability and long-term potential.
You will be operating loaders, forklifts, and overhead cranes to move steel products across the production floor, warehouse, and yard, supporting production and logistics teams to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities
* Safely operate loaders, forklifts, and overhead cranes to handle steel coils and finished products
* Load and unload trucks and verify delivery/dispatch documentation
* Coordinate product movement within the warehouse and yard
* Conduct pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections
* Assist with packaging, strapping, and staging finished goods for dispatch
* Perform visual and basic dimensional quality checks
* Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily targets
* Follow WHS procedures, attend toolbox talks, and report hazards or near misses
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Your Profile
* Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
* Experience operating loaders and/or cranes in steel, manufacturing, or logistics environments
* Strong understanding of safe load handling and workplace safety
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling steel products
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
* Full Australian work rights are required
