UBX started right here in Brisbane. Today, we're a global brand with 100+ gyms across the UK, USA, Singapore, Japan, and beyond. We're a small HQ team doing massive things, and we need a Marketing Coordinator who is ready to step up, take ownership, and help us keep the momentum.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in the background. You'll be working with a world-class team and global partners like Adidas. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a down-to-earth crew around you, and the chance to see your work on a global stage.
The Role
You'll be the engine room for our brand marketing and the key support for our global network of franchisees.
* Paid Social (Priority #1): You need to be comfortable in Meta Ads Manager. We need someone who can handle account admin, set up ads, support our franchisees with their lead management, and actually look at the data to see what's working.
* Content & Social: You'll set the brand content calendar and execute it. You need to be able to create content that looks great and performs, while also guiding our franchisees on how to nail their local social presence.
* Franchise & Master Franchise Support: This is a big part of the job. You'll be the go-to for our partners, helping them solve digital marketing hurdles and keeping their local listings (Google/Directories) updated.
* Brand Guardian: You'll ensure the UBX brand stays sharp and consistent. This means making sure social media follows our guidelines and that gym fitouts and local marketing materials are always on brand.
* Campaign Execution: You'll help manage campaigns from start to finish: from the initial brief and photoshoot through to the global rollout.
* The Toolkit: We value efficiency. If you're already using LLMs like Gemini or ChatGPT to speed up your workflow, that's a huge plus. Experience with a CRM will be highly regarded, but we can teach you that if you've got the drive.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 1 to 5 years in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
* Technical Skills: You know your way around Ads Manager. You don't just post an ad, you understand how the back end and administration work.
* Content Ability: You can shoot, edit, and plan. You know what makes a Reel or TikTok actually engage an audience.
* Communication: You're clear and professional. You can explain marketing concepts to a gym owner in a way that makes sense.
* An Eye for Detail: You notice when something is off-brand. You take pride in maintaining a premium image for the network.
