Role Overview: Both roles are located in Kewdale, the Account Manager position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts largely in metro Perth and some regional areas. The Customer service role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience Key Responsibilities: Account Manager - Generate sales growth via maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts.Grow the business through "solution" selling.Maintain a weekly record of activity with customers, using the CRM.Be pro-active in managing accounts and selling new product ranges. Customer Service Representative - Customer support, coming from phone, email, live chat and in person (retail).Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.Order processing and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Skills and Attributes: Account Manager - Experience in an Industrial Consumables environment (have a mechanical aptitude).Demonstrated skills and experience in sales relationships.Previous experience using a CRM.Good time management skills.Account/Territory Management experience.High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Service Representative - Experience in an Industrial Consumables environment (have a mechanical aptitude) (this can be in a retail role)Proven customer service experience in a small to medium business environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in using customer service software and ERP systems.
