The Opportunity Joining a highly respected Property, Planning & Environment team, you will work alongside experienced principals on a broad range of commercial property matters including: Commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals Commercial and retail leasing Property development projects Due diligence investigations Subdivisions and Land Titles Office requirements Easements, covenants and development-related agreements Property structuring and transactional support Client advisory and stakeholder management This role offers genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to a sophisticated client base. About You To be considered, you will ideally bring: 4 years PAE in Property Law Experience acting on commercial and residential property transactions Commercial and retail leasing experience Strong understanding of property and associated commercial law principles Experience dealing with Land Titles Office, State Revenue and government authorities Strong drafting and transaction management skills Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy Excellent client relationship and communication skills Commercial judgement and practical problem-solving ability Why Consider This Role?
