We are seeking a motivated Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role involves evaluating tender opportunities, managing the tender lifecycle, preparing accurate tenders, conducting take‑offs, liaising with clients, procuring key items, submitting variations, and expanding client and supplier base.
Requirements
* Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment

What You'll Be Doing

* Supervise and coordinate site‑based plumbing crews
* Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors
* Support apprentices and less experienced plumbers
* Communicate with clients, builders, and suppliers
* Monitor project progress and quality outcomes
* Contribute to problem‑solving and job planning
Requirements
* Qualified plumber (Cert III minimum)
* Experience on commercial or residential plumbing projects
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Team‑first mindset with natural leadership ability
