The Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. This role will:
* Coordinate production elements of the Festival's events
* Supervise the smooth running of venues during the festival, coordinating casual staff and liaising with venue staff
* Work in collaboration with key stakeholders on the day to day running of the Festival
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Manager and Event Producer in the coordination of production and events elements of the AFF program
* Ensure all aspects of the production, stage presentation and events comply with the relevant regulations regarding occupational health and safety
* Prepare production schedules, event runsheets and briefing documents using AFF software and systems
* Equipment and vehicle logistics coordination
* Develop rostering for casual staff pool
* Liaise with AFF venues where necessary to ensure technical requirements are met
Key Requirements
* Experience working in events and festivals as a production coordinator and/or stage manager
* Experience working with production suppliers, requesting and comparing quotes, purchase ordering, maintaining budgets
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure in fast‐paced live event environments
