About the Role
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team full‐time. You'll play a key‐role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians across a range of dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for general and advanced dental treatments including implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal under general anaesthetic.
- Infection control and sterilisation processes in line with ADA standards.
- Surgery preparation and maintenance.
- Accurate charting and clinical notes.
- Support with reception duties when required, including greeting patients, taking payments and bookings.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assisting (Desirable)
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (desirable).
- Candidates with less than one year of experience will be considered for this position. We are willing to train the right person without experience.
- Ability to follow documented clinic procedures and processes.
- Experience in surgical procedures including implants, surgical removal of wisdom teeth in a hospital setting including treatment under general anaesthesia will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced environment.
- Professional, detail‐oriented and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
