In this role, you'll:
Safely operate HC vehicles and a spreader box for bitumen sealing works.
Perform a mix of manual labour and Road Worker Grade 3 duties using small plant and tools.
Load, secure and deliver materials to support daily sealing operations.
Follow WHS and environmental procedures, identifying and reporting hazards.
Work a 9‑day fortnight and be available to work outside normal hours as required.
Travel throughout the region, including working and staying away from home—eligible for applicable travel and accommodation allowances

About You
You hold a current Heavy Combination (HC) licence and a Construction Industry White Card.
You have experience operating a spreader box for aggregate spreading
You’re safety‑focused, reliable, and comfortable performing manual labour and Road Worker Grade 3 tasks.
You can operate small plant and hand tools safely and efficiently.
You’re flexible with working hours, willing to travel throughout the region, and able to work and stay away from home when required.
